How is your spiritual life?

Maybe you’ve deconstructed your faith or know that organized religion isn’t for you. Or perhaps you are one of the busiest people you know, and finding time to focus on your spiritual life is challenging. You might also not know quite where to start.

Our spiritual well-being is often bound up with doubt, questioning, religious trauma/harm, and many other things. It is time for spirituality to be unbound from religion. You are invited to discover your spiritual needs and find the right rituals and spiritual practices to deepen your spiritual life.

Help for your spiritual life might be just a text message away.

Meet our practitioners.

Our practitioners come from many spiritual walks and traditions. Some are connected to religious communities, while others are unaffiliated. Some are ordained within specific traditions, and others are trained in multiple faith practices/traditions. They offer a diversity of embodiments, life journeys, and spiritual understandings.
